Mechanical Products Department

The Mechanical Products Department consists of a number of specialized units, in each of which a portion of the entire manufacturing process is executed at the highest precision.

» Cutting Unit

NC cutting machines enable this unit to perform cutting and slicing on metal sheets of 0.2 to 6mm thickness with a tolerance of 0.1 mm.

 » CNC Unit

CNC punch machines perform various punching patterns with ultimate speed and precision, according to technical diagrams and programmed codes.

» Pressing Unit

6 to 100 Ton pressing machines perform a complete set of various punching, bending and slotting operations with ultimate high precision.

» NC Bending Unit

Punched and pressed parts are transferred to this unit in order for NC bending machines to perform advanced bends with various angles on them. Advanced bending could be applied on up to 4mm thick sheets of metal (Galvanized, Steel, and Aluminum) with a 0.01mm precision.

» Die & Drilling Unit

Various types of die, lathe, turnery & drilling are applied by fully automatic, high-speed machines at maximum precision and quality.

» Ironwork Unit

This unit is in charge of various types of welding, ranging from co2, Argon, Plasma and Acetylene to electro-spot welding for various metal sheets and parts.

» Electro-Static Painting Line

Liquid & powder paints are applied to parts in this unit.
A fully automatic painting line ensures electro-static painting of any industrial part for a minimum of 500h of spray time.

Parts are washed and phosphated prior to be painted, to ensure best coating quality and durability. For liquid painting, parts are then put in the painting cabin and transferred to the heating oven where the paint hardens during a one hour period in a temperature of 190°C to 210°C.

For powder painting, parts are first attached over special conveyers which will guide and route them through the entire painting line automatically with appropriate speed.
After initial washing and phosphating, parts enter the painting cabin in which robots smoothly spray powder paint on them from both front and rear side.

Parts then enter the heating oven in which the paint particles melt and harden in a temperature of 190°C to 210°C. Parts are then detached from conveyers for cool-down and packing.

» Painting Line Quality Control Lab

Various parameters are constantly under examination by precision test equipment and laboratory procedures to ensure the quality of the paint coating in addition to its standard thickness.
The painting line laboratory is equipped with various test equipment including cylindrical/conic axial bending test machines, paint hardness test machines, viscosimeters and other equipment required to perform extensive standard and quality assurance tests.

» Plastic Injection Unit

This unit is capable of production of various plastic parts from 1gr to 1500gr powered by 90 to 3500 Ton injection machines.

» Foam Injection Unit

This unit is in charge of injecting polyurethane foam between metal layers of walls and doors of shelters, and various racks and panels for thermal isolation.
Polyurethane, with a high 45kg/M3 density, is the most appropriate industrial choice for thermal isolation due to its low thermal conductivity and high resistance to sunlight, electricity, heat, acids and alkaline solvents.
