CARIN-UPG is a pair gain system device that allows connecting suitable amount of POTS subscribers to any type of exchange over one copper pair. This is the best solution for any network which does not have enough subscriber copper pairs. Each analogue subscriber channel has a bit rate of 64Kbps.

Each CARIN-UPG system consists of a number of subscriber remote modules and CO lines integrated inside a 19” rack.
